Big shout out to the guy who was left alone to cope with opening and serving many customers on a busy day. Naturally the wait was much longer than usual but the quality of the food didn’t suffer at all. Even with impatient people bothering him to hurry up he still cracked on and smashed out our meals !

My friend got the grilled chicken burger which she demolished within 30 seconds lol. Also thank you so much for the free brownie, we appreciate you compensating us for the long wait. Awful. Absolutely awful. Paid extra for fast delivery , had to wait for over an hour for cold food delivered with MISSING items - basically the main burgers ( 2 days in a row )

The same thing happened with our brownies the day before. If you have run out of something, maybe take it of the menu?? 🤷🏻♀️ No apologies or anything. This place sucks. I have loved TOS for years, but lets face it: their food quality, and service, has nose dived massively in the past couple years. Enough new, incredible vegan places elsewhere nowadays.

The establishment doesn't look like much from the outside/inside but don't let that alarm you. There isn't any seating inside but there are some benches outside to sit on when it isn't raining. Its not clear upon entering where to queue or order so it would benefit from that distinction. The staff were nice.

Amazing vegan options and did really enjoy BUT if I’m being picky I have had better vegan junk. The seitan isnt majorly chicken-ey flavoured and theres a heck of a lot of Mayo in the wrap. HOWEVER pretty good price for vegan junk, loads of options and the Mac n’ Cheese side is delicious !! (Also if you get the popcorn chicken the portion is huge, could easily share between 3)

Was so excited to come here recently after being out of London for 2 years and was SO disappointed! Used to love this place but the food is sadly not what it was, very much commercial and mass produced now (in my opinion). The wings used to be big & crispy and come with sauce and a bit of salad in the box, now they are just 4 uniform slabs of seitan in a box (I actually mistook them for potato wedges at first). The Mac and cheese was good but not as creamy as it used to be.

planned a trip to Camden to go on a vegan food binge and this was my first stop. the staff was wonderful and explained how to place an order with all the new social distancing changes and the food was delicious. had a nashville hot chicken and it was wonderful.

What can one say, this is by far one of the best Vegan (not chicken) chicken burger takeaways in London, they have got the Seitan recipe down to an absolute art form, consistently good. The only time that I was disappointed was the day I (accidentally) ordered a patty as opposed to the 'fillet' and I have to say that the patty was not the best I've had but hey!! my mistake, should just stick to what I know and (perhaps more importantly) concentrate when placing my order!!

The best chicken alternative I’ve ever had - Edit
I came here not sure what to expect. Since being vegan I haven’t liked one chicken alternative I’ve had but this place blew me away! So realistic from taste to texture. A little bit pricey but I’d be happy to pay it as a one off. It was soo very busy and didn’t have a lot of seating you have to really spy your opportunity but again totally worth it for the food.

Rice milkshakes are some of the best vegan milkshakes we’ve had. Fries are good, and we liked both the regular and spicy chicken. The sides of loaded fries are meal size, we definitely bought too much food and brought some home. Hail Seitan!
