What vegan fast food dreams are made of - Edit
A bit tucked away but definitely worth the trip. Really quick service. Got the popcorn chicken with chips and gravy and it was amazing. Definitely something I missed since going vegan but this filled that gap.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! - Edit
Everything here is so good, but the thing to note is that it's easy to over order - so we went twice in one day to make sure we tried everything we wanted to without feeling like we'd eaten our body weight in food by the end!
Read moreThere's not huge amounts of seating here, so you can't always guarantee a seat, but the place could be ten times the size and given how great it is the place would still be full!
The Temple Deluxe burger was amazing, though it seemed to disappear in no time at all - it was that good! The two piece original was one of those "are you sure this is vegan" kind of experiences..... the buffalo wings were crazy hot though (given buffalo isn't a term used widely in the UK, we didn't know what to expect!)
I'd say that the menu needs desserts, but I doubt there's many people who go who would even have room for anything after their food!
Pros: everything's vegan!, everything's amazing!
Cons: limited seating

Hail Seitan - Edit
Incredibly delicious vegan food. I got the buffalo wings, they were so amazing!!! Also got the deluxe burger without cheese. The sauce on the burger was the best vegan burger sauce I’ve had yet!!! My only complaint was the choice for beverages the cans were too small.

Epic with edge - Edit
Great vegan junk food. Shame there are not a few healthy options scattered in, but that is not why you come here. Once came after closing by mistake and they gave me a free left over cake to avoid a wasted trip. Super staff. The brand is great fun, has a bit of edge, and the Camden branch offers pleasant seating that can’t be found in Hackney.

Very good burger - Edit
I've been there once and ate the Temple Burger. The burger was delicious and had everything that I liked in it which is surprising as I'm a picky eater. The wait time was very short - I got my burger in 5 minutes. The prices were also great.
Read moreThe only downside is that it was a bit too loud inside for me personally and the interior doesn't look very appealing.

Vegan Junk food ! - Edit
Nice vegan “junk food”, too fatty and salty personally for me to eat much of (but I guess that means it’s close to the non vegan version! Can’t really complain much for a junk food shop...) the desserts looked nice but unfortunately their allergy menu is very vague and could give me no more details than “contains nuts”, so I couldn’t have any.
Read morePros: 100% vegan , nice fried “chicken “
Cons: Poor allergy handling

GIVE ME ALL THE WINGZ! - Edit
Great food. Even after you let it get cold. Lovely staff. Best stop so far in London for me. Never been a fan of mac and cheese (emphasis on the CHEESE) personally, but didn't think twice about demolishing the one the GF got me.

Cons: 30+ minute wait because it was sooooo busy (worth)

Just No - Edit
I expected so much from this place, they failed to deliver on expectations. There was a big queue and it went down fairly quickly, staff are very casual and lack customer service. I got a table and the employee was spraying away at the table (and me) which was not very nice. We ordered the wrap with lemon mayo, popcorn bites, fries and the spicy burger. The seitan in the wrap and the burger needed more seasoning, the lemon mayo was regular mayo. They really need to amp up the seasoning and spice. The wait was fairly long for a burger and fries. I would not visit again. Not getting the hype.

Calling Gordon Ramsey - Edit
As a vegan I made a special visit to Camden after reading about the Temple of Camden.
Read moreI placed my order, gave my name, took a seat and waited – and waited and waited.
While waiting I couldn’t help noticing the very leisurely pace of the workers and manager, all oblivious to the line of people waiting for their orders to be taken.
After some 30 minutes I approached one of the staff to inquire about my order. I was told that my name doesn’t appear on any of the orders. I then turned to the manager (so-called), one Daniel, and was met with total apathy. I demanded my 14 pounds back, which I was then given, but was not given any kind of explanation or apology.
Sorry, but that is completely unacceptable, not to mention unprofessional.
The owners would do well to take a close look at their shoddily run establishment.
Pros: None - since I did not get to taste the food
Cons: Pathetic customer service

Amaaaazing food!!! The place was PACKED, so finding a seat was nigh on impossible. Couldn't eat outside as the rain was pouring so we just waited a very long time for a seat to come available.

Temple of Camden is a hidden gem, slightly difficult to find but worth the trip. Fries were excellent, and I've never had such an amazing vegan burger in my life, and probably wont have another one like this again unless I go back here.

Food worth of trying, but very poor custmoer service - Edit
I have visited the branch at Kings Cross 3 times so far.
Read moreTemple Spicy Chicken - delicous.
Wing in barbecue sauce - tasteful, but suuuper oily + salad on the side looks so poor it would be mutch better if it wasn't there at all (see picture attached).
Mac&cheese - watery with very artificial flavour.
Horrible customer service - girl on the till who has served me 3 times so far shows not enthusiasm at all, is not welcoming and never smiles to the customers. When I didn't understand one of her questions - she got clrearly irritated. The rest of the staff seem to enjoy their job, always pass my meal with a big smile.
For sure I will come bact to try other options from the menu.

Amazing food! - Edit
Had the popcorn chicken and mac’n’cheese and both were so good we came back the next day to have chicken burgers - temple burger and the spicy one. Both were amazing! Also had mac’n’cheese again it was that good. We also got the cinnabuns to go and the brownies both of which were amazing as well. Brownie a little sugary rather than chocolatey but it meant that it kept really fresh for quite a few days. Amazing place definitely recommend. They have pastries like croissants as well so you could even come for breakfast as they do proper coffee as well.
