Beach hut rental offering vegan afternoon tea - Edit
We rented the hut in Frinton but also one available in Walton. It’s a great spot and the hut was really nice, clean and had everything we needed. We ordered afternoon tea which was delivered to us late morning. A great selection of food and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

Pictures added from most recent visit in May 2024. Lovely food as usual and we rented Jack’s Shed in Holland on Sea and the newly renovated Sandy Toes in Frinton. Thoroughly recommend both and afternoon tea 💚

Wonderful, accommodating owner. Made a full size birthday cake as well as the incredible afternoon tea. Very cute kids afternoon tea boxes too - couldn’t recommend more.

Amazing afternoon tea - Edit
Treated ourselves to afternoon tea with our beach hut rental. The beach hut (Patsy) is perfectly located for enjoying the late summer by the beach. As it was a special occasion we also included the afternoon tea which was delightful! A superb selection of savoury and sweet treats which kept us full all day. Loved the ‘egg’ mayo roll and lemon cake. Perfect day by the sea!

A fantastic way to enjoy the seaside - Edit
Tea by the sea is a brilliant option for visiting the Essex coast, the hut is well equipped, clean and full of character. The food is so fresh and varied and reasonably priced too. I’ll definitely be going back!
