Best vegan cake! - Edit
I had an amazing vegan cake and iced chocolate at this place. It was the best vegan cake ever! The place is also a tattoo studio with great taste in rock music and super friendly staff. I would totally recommend Tavici Kuhna.

Everything was so good at Tavci Kuhna! We ate the falafel wraps, falafel salad and the amaze burger with fries and they were excellent! The smoothies and selection of cakes too! My "anti-vegan" dad loved it too!

Un posto semplice, ma ben curato e con il personale gentile. Ci sono piatti da bar/pub e tavoli sia all'interno che all'esterno. Ci hanno subito informato del tempo di attesa e ci hanno chiesto se ci andasse bene (una mezz'oretta). Per noi non era assolutamente un problema e abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Consiglio di andarci per pranzo (la cucina apre a mezzogiorno), perché chiudono presto la sera non essendo un ristorante vero e proprio.

I had a very good cold chocolate with homemade vegan cream and a vegan "chicken" wrap. Everything tasted fresh and yummy. We also took two vegan "kremšnitas" (very creamy cream-cake) with us which did not disappoint either. I would absolutely recommend going there when you are in or near Bled!

Yummy Wrap and amazing Cremepie! - Edit
We came back for the creme pie. Also had a cold chocolate with whipped cream and a wrap. Everything was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly! Perfect place :)
Read more(review from last year: Yummy burger with homemade patty. The fries were not so good though. And it was quite pricey. But it is amazing to find a completely vegan restaurant and the cakes look gorgeous.)

In a nondescript and uninspiring strip mall building by the main road, these people created one of the coziest spots in Bled. Indoor and outdoor seating. Craft beers. A variety of burgers and other dishes. Super nice staff.

Great place a little outside the center, so not as crowded as other restaurants in Bled. Does not look like a café, but it is. Very good food and everything is vegan. They are also dog friendly😄We had burgers, falafel, and a pie. The 'chicken' burger was very good!

Tavci Kuhna is a little bit outside of Bled, you need to know where it is to find it. But it is really a hidden gem!
Read moreIt is completely vegan with sweet and savoury options. They have burgers, wraps, salads and soups as well as different cakes, ice cream and a lot of options to drink. They also offer a brunch menue. We were there during lunchtime. I had a burger salad and a homemade lemonade, and as dessert a bled cake, a cream cake which is typical in this region, and a coffee with cream. Everything was delicious, additionally the stuff was very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely go there again and try out more of their food!

The service was really slow.

Service was not organized well.
I think the problem is the kitchen is too small for so many tables. The bar was full of dirty dishes and the waiters could not managed so many orders.
We weren’t informed that the order would take so long.
The wraps and ceaser salad were basic.
We didn’t have time to try the dessert - even if they looked fantastic.
On the positive side - the waiter was really friendly. And the ambient is cool.

Hidden vegan gem - Edit
Don’t be put off when you pull in! It’s in a very random location, but it’s a hidden vegan gem. Lovely, fresh, healthy vegan food, totally vegan so loads of options. Cakes, coffees, smoothies, wraps, burgers, plates of salad, what more do you need?! We had the falafel plate, and the falafel wrap, also an oat milk coffee and a very berry smoothie. We only had savoury but there didn’t seem to be many cakes left out, so maybe if you’re after a sweet treat, head in before 4pm! Nice staff, cool place to hang out, would recommend!

We only had time for a quick bite so had the bled cake and coffees it's was absolutely delicious and all of the food on the menu looked amazing too! The young man serving us was so helpful and very friendly! A must try when in bled - worth the walk!

Kitchen is closed until 12pm, so if you are heading out for 10am breakfast when they open, then your choice would only be a cheese toast and granola bowl.
Read moreI wouldn't advice to sit outside, you are just off the main road and its too noisy. They also have some sort of an organic fly trap attached to the tent sides, so not very vegan in my eyes (see the photo).
Also, the organic smell from this trap is horrible, like horse manure (probably to attract more insects).
Toastie and coffee were good though, hence 2 stars.
