Absolutely incredible - Edit
I don't have any other adjective in mind except 'divine'. I took the seitan kofta with the lentils and the tarragon pesto and I was blown away by the layers of flavors that every ingredient brought to the palate. I dare to say that it's not only a must-go place if you're in Dilijan, but even if you're just traveling in the area.

Impressively beautiful - Edit
A beautiful “Instagrammable” place, “Instagrammable” serving, and the dishes are really bright and impressive. Dishes for sharing are huge and hearty. The vegan items are very similar to the menu items at the nearby Kchuch restaurant. Everything is quite tasty, but in my opinion the seitan is too bland, it really lacks piquancy. It’s better to marinate it in advance or fry with some delicious sauces.
