As we walked up, the owner and staff were just finishing a meeting and were very friendly to us! I chatted with the owner for about 10 minutes about how she got started, her passion, how long she’s been there, etc. My husband and I then ordered a Turtle Sundae each and it was so good! I wish it would have had pecans on it, but I totally respect the nut free facility. We will definitely be back!

More than a name! - Edit
The drive there a little scenic, new to me and i was surprised to see how many flavors and how friendly the staff we’re. Ive been vegan as a silent advocate for so long and I can’t really express how much it really just felt like a place to save my progress haha and rest from my travels through/of life. Very thankful that is business is a little detour away, i hope it thrives and flourishes and more people just come to it! Thank you.

We stop here every time we are in Michigan. They have everything you could want from twist cones, to milkshakes, to ice cream sandwiches, to flurries. And its all so good! My personal favorite is the Lost Boy Flurry.

Great Vegan Ice Cream in Wyoming, MI - Edit
Tastefull is a new addition to Grand Rapids that I finally had the opportunity to visit. With a mission of serving healthy and allergy conscious ice cream to patrons, Tastefull fills a dearth of vegan options around the Wyoming area. Tasteful strives to offer tasty options for everyone; however, the “healthiness” level of it all is questionable.
Read moreFor my visit, I ordered the Lost Boys flurry and the Banana Pudding flurry. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the Lost Boys flurry. It was made with grounded coffee beans and vanilla ice cream. The texture of the ground coffee beans was not appealing. I was expecting maybe a java syrup, or cold brewed coffee incorporated into the ice cream, not ground coffee beans. I ended up throwing the order away after a few bites.
The banana pudding was much more enjoyable. The consistency of the ice cream was a creamy combination of vanilla Oatly soft serve and “nice” cream-like frozen banana. I have never had such a lovely banana silky treat. The toppings of the bananas, whipped cream, and wafers add additional texture profiles and a nice crunch.
When I visited, it was rainy so we ended up eating in the car. For the full, communal experience of an outdoor Michigan ice cream stand I will have to return during a sunny day.
I would recommend visiting Tastefull with friends and family. There is sure to be something that satisfies everyone, and all options are labeled on the menu for potential allergies. I just recommend staying clear of the ground coffee beans.

Cute little ice cream shop with nice picnic tables and buckets of colorful chalk for the kiddos. Ice cream is very creamy and great tasting! They have “flurries” and banana splits and puppy parfaits.
