Tasty but no value for money - Edit
They have 3 vegan Ramens - classic, red & fire. The difference is the spice level. Red is meant to be medium, fire hot. I’d say classic is no spice, red is mild and fire is medium.

However next to no vegetables (a few slices of mushrooms) and only 2 thin triangles of tofu.
$50 (including a weekend surcharge) for 2 x bowls of broth & rice noodles is a bit rich.

One of my fave ramen spots in Brisbane - Edit
Yum ramen, quick service and lovely staff. Some great vegan options. Although as a vegan and gluten free human a few extra 100% gluten free options would be amazing.

Great quality vegan food. They use iPads on the tables to order and they have a dedicated vegan page with plenty of options.

Love the vegan ramen here, second restaurant to their South Brisbane Taros. Has vegan gyoza that south Brisbane doesn’t.
