Delicious Mexican Food - Edit
I have been missing Mexican food since leaving the US, so I was happy to try out Tapicante! I had their bean and potato taco (65 kr) and it was yummy, but a bit on the small side. Order the larger portion (now 80 kr) if you are hungry. The staff was so friendly and the space is tiny but lovely. Give it a try!

Amazing tacos - Edit
This place offers high quality tacos and is a hidden gem in the Uppsala food scene. The staff is extremely nice and considerate. Our favorites are the mushroom taco and the beans&potato one. You can choose if you like vegan cheese or without.

So happy that the food scene in Uppsala is evolving and that such foodie friendly places are being created.

This is a cute little place! Lots of vegan options, friendly stuff, food was good but did not knock us off our feet. Would still recommend and will probably go there again!

I went here for lunch with two friends. It was a tiny place! There were two tables for four and one table for two.
Read moreThe decoration was Mexican and colorful and I loved it. The menu was somewhat confusing. There was a vegetarian menu but everything could be made vegan with vegan cheese on request. There were seven different kinds of vegetarian/vegan quesadillas and pico de gallo and nachos.
I had the Veneno quesedilla (75 SEK) with vegan cheese and the three of us also shared a nachos plate (70 SEK ) with vegan cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious. The warm quesadilla containing beans, potatoes and chipotle sauce melted in my mouth. The nacho plate was massive and had delicious beans and guacamole.
I would give this place 5 stars if I could and would love to go back!
