Must order tapioca - Edit
Was initially thrown off by mostly seeing vegetarian options for tapioca (but later saw on the side an option for swapping cheese for vegan options) and ordered an açaí instead. My mistake. Looks like tapioca is their specialty and what you must choose, because the açaí was just okay. Nothing special. A bit “watery” for my taste.

Tapioca (manioc starch) is well known for being gluten free and a Brazilian staple, traditionally eaten in the northern part of the country just topped with butter. Tapi gives its own version of the famous Brazilian crêpe with various fillings and of course vegan versions.
