Multiple good options

This restaurant is one of the better restaurants in the park. You don’t need reservations to eat here. All the vegan options are great, but the cauliflower, tagine, and domas are the best. The hummas fries are so so.

Go for the Cauliflower

The cauliflower is arguably the best lunch food in Epcot! The flavor profile is unique which is expected at a Moroccan themed restaurant. I personally enjoy dipping the hummus fries in the leftover sauce from the cauliflower.

Great lunch spot

Multiple clearly marked delicious vegan small plates. The hummus fries, pomegranate chili crispy cauliflower, and grape leaves are fantastic. Outside shaded dining right on the water with a great view and a good breeze. Epcot has a lot of respectable vegan options during the festival, but this still stood out.

Modified Option Maybe? Nothing Special

For the duration of EPCOT's 2022 Food & Wine Festival, July 14 - November 19, this quick service restaurant in the Morocco pavilion (between France & Japan in the World Showcase) is offering items from a menu created specifically for the festival.

Grateful to see the plant-based symbol next to one of the menu items - Fried Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce, that's what I got. It was good, but didn't stand out as a festival favorite. Though to be fair, by the time we stopped here for dinner, my tastebuds were tired from a big day of "tasting my way around the world", stopping at just about every Global Marketplace location with a plant-based symbol on their menu. I recall what I got being fresh, but overall dry, not as heavy on the spices as I'd expected for it being advertised as traditional Moroccan cuisine, and lacking in flavor in general.

My friends I went with both got the Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with Hummus, Chermoula, and Zhoug Dips and couldn't say enough good things. Unfortunately, the piping hot, fresh-baked bread is not vegan, but according to vegandisneyfood.com all three dips are, so if you want to try them, when ordering you just have to ask to substitute the whole wheat pita from the plant-based option in place of the bread 💁‍♀️ ...OR have a friend order it, sit next to them, & kindly ask to sample some of theirs 😋 (Just thinking out loud... ha) Wish I'd have been more hungry when we ate here.

Pros: One vegan as-is item, the atmosphere is amazing, with beautiful mosaics everywhere you look, & the Tower of Terror viewable off in the distance

Cons: Mobile ordering not available, & it's expensive 😬 but it's Disney 😁💁‍♀️, so isn't that to be expected? 😅🤔🤷‍♀️

Good food and a nice view at Epcot

It was 90 degrees and all of us were wilting fast. Thankfully the walk-up line for Tangerine Cafe was only 5 min and before too long we were at an air conditioned table overlooking the lake. We ordered the hummus plate, cauliflower bites and dolma and they tasted great. All the dishes at Disney are saltier than I prefer, and this was no exception. Fortunately, it was also flavorful so the salt wasn’t overpowering. The plates are sized perfectly for two people to share. More people in your party and you should double up.

Pros: Multiple vegan options

Cons: Disney’s reservation system

Fried Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce

Very good vegan falafel pita. Went twice while at Disney and was pleased with my meal twice. Will say that my mother had undercooked, pink chicken the second time we went in though which is why I rated it as 2 Stars as opposed to 4 which it would have been.

Pros: Great Falafel Pita

Cons: Undercooked food, Rushing orders
