No hassle Japanese vegan options.

Staff were friendly and were able to easily list their vegan options without long explanations as to what “vegan” means. Often japanese food has hidden animal products such as fish-based dashi, but staff didn’t propose any items that typically have those hidden animal products, so this increased my confidence in this place. I ordered the teriyaki tofu sushi roll, it was very tasty. Will definitely go back.
