Exceptional raw cake - Edit
I ordered a delivery raw cake through instagram and really recommend it for a splurge. From what I can tell from her instagram (instagram.com/tamaya0420) she never repeats the same design twice. There are generally local elements incorporated in the ingredients/design. This is Okinawan-grown dragonfruit and organic blueberry with Okinawan-grown strawberry and cassis, topped with starfruit, dried shikwasa, etc. The decorations include a turtle, tiny "white chocolate" bar, and snowflake. (Candles are from another shop) They don't use flour, eggs, dairy, white sugar to make these raw cakes. They take requests and you can also say what kind of ingredients you don't like. The "thank you" note written on a leaf was a cute touch. They also have ice cream sandwiches and chocolate ganache for sale online.
