Tasty Food & Great Service - Edit
This bakery is kiddy corner to their other store "Grass Roots" which has more selection for soups, stews, salads, etc... Located inside the Forks Market.
Read moreBoth locations have great customer service and very tasty foods, vegan options at both! I loved the roasted veggies and pasta - they can warm it up if you ask. Everything is ready to go for take-out, some frozen as well.
Pros: Vegan friendly options

They didnt have too many options but i got the morning glory muffin which was really delicious. Would definitely get it again

The organic veggie burgers looked tasty, but I ordered the chickpea-potato stew. It was a mildly sweet tomato base and really hit the spot. Ingredients are marked on their items, and they were very helpful with which items were veg.
