Was here two times ordering the following:
Read more- homemade ice tea - delicious and not too sweet
- vegan Gyoza - really good
- Kara Negi Miso Ramen - good
- shio ramen - ok
- Shoyu ramen (not mine and wouldn’t order
-> the Negi Miso ramen was flavourful and more spicy! Which I appreciated. Tons of noodles unfortunately, which I am not a fan but many might like (or you go with someone who loves them and you can share;))
I am a huge fan of their Gyoza - they’re really crunchy!
Homemade ice tea was delicious
Of course keep in mind that we’re in Germany. I have been to Japan and here it’s unfortunately another level. But nevertheless for German standard it’s good.

I still can't believe how many vegan options this Ramen restaurant offers. I could barely decide since there are 10 different vegan ramen options. I wanted to try something new, so I chose the Spezial Vegan Creamy Potage Ramen which comes with gyoza, tofu, seaweed, corn, sprouts and Pak Choi in a creamy broth. The tofu tasted really good and firm and the gyoza were also pretty decent. Unfortunately the broth was missing some seasoning. I liked the creamy taste but overall the broth was lacking in flavor.
Read moreThe portion size is very big so the prices are pretty justified. Service was super quick and also friendly. We came by 7pm and the restaurant was pretty busy but we could still find some free tables.

This Takumi is specialized in chicken & vegan, so there are only ramen with chicken or vegan ramen on the menu.
