Very good menu and many vegan options.
Read moreTheir veggie samosas were wonderful.
The food is very good and flavourful. One warning is medium spice is on the hot side of medium.

Has a vegan menu! - Edit
I always appreciate when restaurants label which foods are vegan, it makes things so much easier.

The BEST vegan food! - Edit
This is my favorite Indian food restaurant in Calgary. They have a separate vegan food menu and everything we’ve tried has been superb!! There is so much flavor in the food and I love that their mild heat is actually mild, I can taste the food!! Their vegetable pakoras are better than anything I’ve ever had. They are light and crispy and just delicious! The service is top notch and the staff are so kind and knowledgeable about vegan food. The restaurant is big and bright and although they play authentic Indian music in the restaurant it is not too loud. You can actually have a conversation with your meal. And they can also serve larger groups. There is plenty of free parking accessible from the alley off MacLeod Trail.

Ask for Vegan menu! - Edit
Don’t judge a book by its cover. The odd little off-alley entrance takes you to some of the best Indian food you will ever have. They have a vegetarian section on the menu, but ask for the separate vegan menu, and ask for your naan bread without butter. Every dish was unique and incredibly flavorful, and they can make anything mild if you want. They have a selection of yummy Indian beers too. Also the marble sculpture of the Taj Mahal and the velvet paintings are pretty cool😄Perfect for large parties with lots of room in the clean bright dining room. Five stars! Enjoy! We sure do!!

My favourite Indian Food - Edit
My favourite Indian food in the city, there’s a separate vegan menu which makes it super easy to order. The okra dish is my favourite.
