Really good Benton and lovely lady

Have to reserve a bento 2 days in advance by phone. Not great if you don't speak Japanese.

Authentic Vegan Taiwanese bento!!

Thank you Andyjng!! I went there and loved it ! A lady there was very helpful and Bento was very tasty! I also loved a can of green beans sweet soup ! Can’t wait to go try new Bento in there !!

Taiwanese Vegan Bentou

I arrived a little after 11:00 to their tiny shop just after they had opened. The ladies inside were very sweet and showed me their all-vegan menu with all kinds of bentou sets. Everything is made to order so we waited about 15-20 minutes for our food to be prepared.

We went with their Dan Dan Noodles and Sweet & Sour 'Meat' Balls, as they had recommended. The noodles were pretty good - a bit on the saltier side but was definitely filling. I enjoyed the meatballs too and the entire bentou box included some pickled veggies, mixed greens, and brown rice. For an all-vegan bentou box, this was much appreciated.

I also tried their vegan gyozas which were panfried fresh and a great snack with our main meals. They sadly were out of kimchi so they couldn't make those for us, but it shows how fresh they make everything at this spot.

The shop definitely seems to focus more on catering large orders, so highly recommend for any businesses looking to provide more vegan friendly options.
