Many vegan choices; pronounced "tah-eem" - Edit
Think of this as a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. You choose your base, a "protein" and toppings. There is a dietary chart (pictured) with a column labled "Not Vegan". Note however the baklava contains honey and the tango mango sauce contains egg yet they are not marked off as "Not Vegan" for some reason.
Read moreI ordered a base of 1/2 hummus and 1/2 rice with a "protein" of shwarma spiced cauliflower. I topped it with a variety of toppings including marinated tomatoes, cucumbers, babaganoush, pickles, pickled onions, olives with pita bread. Everything was fresh and super tasty.
Pros: Reasonably Priced, Fast Service, Ample Parking
Cons: Pearled couscous and baklava are not vegan
