Clearly marked vegan items - Edit
The manager endeared me by asking her chef if he knew the difference between vegetarian and vegan - some on the job training which I very much appreciated.

i have literally had taco rico twice in the last week. such a good and dependable chain for a vegan meal. i got the baja bowl made vegan. the roasted veggies in the bowl are sooo flavorful. and the chips and salsas are all soooo tasty. such a good chain!!!

Found about this place through happy cow. It's just off of Washington Avenue on Miami Beach. I had the house vegan tacos and loved them, perfect combination of ingredients, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, served with yellow rice and beans. My non vegan companion had the spinach mushroom quesadillas. Both dishes were excellent.

Pros: Vegan and vegetarian options
Cons: Parking around Washington Avenue is difficult.

Great little Mexican joint. Quick bite :) Its a sit down place with a separate vegan menu, looked like some good stuff. The Aji hot sauce will put you on your ass watch out!! Will be back soon.
