Fantastic food and service - Edit
Whilst Taco Paco has a more limited range of vegan options, staff are really knowledgable about what can and cannot be made vegan and are happy to discuss options and make changes to make dishes vegan. The crispy aubergine tacos are a particularly amazing dish, served with a tomatillo salsa instead of sour cream. The drinks are superb and the service is even better. If your party includes vegans and none vegans as ours did, Taco Paco is a really good choice. Often open later than shown.

I really enjoyed my meal here. Was a little bit disappointed at first because there aren't any clear vegan options on the menu, but if you ask, the staff can easily sum up the options. I had the aubergine taco and it was really delicious!

Highly recommend visiting. I'm usually not a fan of eating Mexican at a restaurant as they can be very bland when you take out the cheese and sour cream. We ordered the mushroom burrito and mushroom tostada both without sour cream and cheese and they were delicious and packed with flavour. They're also generous with their guacamole servings which is great.

Great Independent Mexican Restaurant - Edit
First night in Santa Eulalia and first time using the Happy Cow app. Great little restaurant with colourful funky decor. We went for the Mushroom burrito and Aubergine tacos with a quinoa salad just without the dairy. It was delicious, really good flavours and washed it down with good local beer! Lovely staff too, the Tequila shot was great but probably not needed!!! Haha

Really like the design of this place, very urban hippy chic with the funkiest bathroom tiles and crockery! The passion fruit margarita is a must have. We celebrated my birthday here and got some mushroom quesadillas (sans cheese), black Bean tacos and quinoa salad (which comes with sweet potato crisps!). Great atmosphere, easy food, well priced and complimentary tequila shots with orange and cinnamon!
