Great food, slow delivery - Edit
Food is great, lots of vegan options at a good price. However I have been let down by the delivery on a few occasions, where it took around 2 hours to arrive. I now collect in person

Had the vegan burrito and it was sadly disappointing. Just felt like a load of veg thrown together as more of an afterthought. Had vegan cheese so I was excited.

Very Disappointing - Edit
Their Delivery has been very slow on both occasions we have tried, with our food arriving cold. Each time I spoke with their staff they claimed it was 'just ready' and when I asked about certain allergen information the phone operator clearly lacked the knowledge or ability to fell me where to find such information. Will not be using again unfortunately 🙃

Me and my partner have been regular customers for a while now despite many disappointing experiences: From waiting for 2 for an order, to food sometimes arriving so salty it was inedible, to putting real chicken into our vegan chipotle. There was no chance of us seeing it beforehand until biting into it since it was a wrap. When done right, food is actually really nice but the wait time and mistakes like that just outweigh the positives. Unfortunately after them giving us a non-vegan chipotle wrap we won’t be ordering again, as it feels like every order is a russian roulette.

Lovely Mexican food, lots of choices for vegans - Edit
We had all sorts of problems with the delivery (fault of the 3rd party company, not Taco Mex) so we contacted the restaurant. They were really nice about it and arranged another attempt. By the time the food finally arrived we were famished. It didn't disappoint. The vegan burritos were excellent!

Since it is not 100% Vegan, Happycow will not let me enter 5 stars, sorry - It is my all time favorite, truly beautiful Vegan burritos, best ones being the green ones in my opinion. They are truly juicy, nothing like the regular rice filled dry burritos. The Vegan tostada is my favorite pizza ever, full of flavours, light dough, fresh and spicy fillings. I have already converted 3 of my colleagues who now purchase from or visit their place.

Pros: Fresh food compared to all other takeways, Always delicious, consistent standard
Cons: Sometimes they may get really busy , and delivery times suffer a bit
