Attended the grand opening. Service was slow, as expected - no issues. But they were out of many menu items very early in the day.
Read moreMy issue is that this business is labeled as vegan when they clearly serve the impossible burger and just egg. Both of which were tested on animals, which isn’t vegan.
Please learn about this atrocity, and change your menu. I heard the house made burger was delicious, use that instead! Please evolve for the animals sake.
The cheese fries were simply a slice of cheese with some sauce and grilled onions, not very impressive.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Not vegan, Slow service , Very basic presentation, not a lot of homemade

I’ve tried the Maui Burger, Curly Fries and Soft Serve and all were delicious!! Everyone working in the truck is super friendly. HIGHLY recommend this place even if you’re non-vegan!!

The service was amazing! Everyone from the gal who took my order to Tabay whom prepared it and brought it out to me. His mom sat on the table talking with everyone. Reminded me of family dinner and family sitting around the table with great conversation. I’m happy to have this truck in our town. Next the food was delicious. The portions were huge. My hubby and I shared the Big stack. The name lives up to it. Meat to bun to cheese ratio is perfect. Every bite was a delight. I kind of want to keep this place a secret to avoid the long lines but I want to make sure they prosper. Going back next week to try a new dish from their menu. Welcome to Capo Beach Tabay!

Fast Food Heaven! - Edit
So excited to have a vegan food truck in the neighborhood! Stopped by the grand opening to support this amazing young entrepreneur and grab a casual dinner to go. Everything we ordered was delicious. I had a “fish” sandwich and my husband (who is not vegan) had the “fish” tacos. We also got an order of the pho soup to share. We were both extremely satisfied with the quantity and quality of the delicious food and the friendly customer service. We will definitely return and are telling all our friends and neighbors about this little gem.

I saw Tabay's on social media and couldn't wait to try them out. I took my lady friend to the Laguna Hills Vegan event and there they were. We opted for the Sunrise sandwich, and the breakfast burrito. Both were cut in half so we could share them.
Read moreI'm new to Vegan food but am really having fun eating Vegan and doing Happy Cow reviews. Both my lady friend and I loved our food. I thought everything tasted like it was really made from animal product. It shows how Vegan food has changed. Their menu is incredible. They have burgers, dogs, tacos ,wraps, fish, chicken, soft serve ice cream, and more.
We both agree that we want to try everything on the menu. I hope they can make it to the Santa Ana Vegan fair. I'd even like to see my work book them when we have food trucks. I know everyone will love the food.

we just moved nearby and we are both so stoked that we found this gem. the owners are incredibly sweet and there are so many options! The crunchy tacos, kabob plate and the fish and chips are amazingggg. the vanilla soft serve was incredible too ☺️

Wow! This is our second time being here and we are blown away! I got the beach burger and human fries 🤤 my bf got curly fries and the BabaJoon’s BBQ Bacon Burger 🍔 our food was filling, tasteful, and filled with lots of love 💕 Tabay and his Mom are incredible humans, they make you feel at home 🏡 thank you for the incredible foods and great chats ^-^ see ya next time!!!

This food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous! Breakfast sandwiches, burgers, “fish” sandwich, tacos, etc… So, so good! My whole family loved it. We were on vacation to Dana Point and are sad we had to go home - we will crave Tabay’s food! And he’s a teenage chef!
