simple but lovely little cafe - Edit
Went there three times during my visit in Chiang Mai and really loved it. The menu is pretty simple: they offer paninis, omelette or eggs any style, salads, cakes and deserts. The salads come with a super nice dressing and absolutely fresh as the rest of the food. Simple but tasty! There’s a wide range of beverages from hot to cold, coffee to smoothies. Served in an nice and cost environment that was decorated with a lot of love and attention to details. (Only the noise of the street is a bit annoying...)

the Taa-Peng Cat Coffee and Eatery is a nice cafe near Wat Pra Singha ... it's has a nice garden style setting ... I had the vego panini (฿95) and soy latte (฿50) ... the food and coffee were nice and the staff friendly

It's one vegetarian sandwich and fresh spring rolls on the menu. Make sure to tell the staff that you don't want the fish sauce. The staff speak good English.
