Significant Improvements - Edit
This establishment has made some great moves to garner more vegans. Not only an elaborate salad bar BUT thy now offer a vegan soup or chili and they clearly mark all their food as vegan, gluten free etc. Tons of variety for anyone! Of course there is a massive salad bar. Pasta Marinara is vegan so you can use the pasta station.

Good for big salads and baked potatoes - Edit
A salad bar restaurant that has salads, lots of toppings to pick from, baked potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, white rice, a little fruit, and more. On a rare occasion, they will have a vegan soup or something else vegan such as a tofu near their soup area or a prepared salad. Their menu changes monthly. It is best to check their website menu online to see what they are offering that month and to see online what is marked as vegan or vegetarian. Usually they have vegan butter for the baked potatoes...look at label. It is also good to sign up for their Club Veg email newsletter because they regularly send out good coupons. They are located on the corner of US-41 and Immokalee Road.
Read morePros: Good place to make a huge salad with many toppings, Good discount coupons in their eNewsletter., Website details what's vegan. Some signs in store.
Cons: Usually no vegan desserts except a little fruit, Usually no vegan hot pasta offerings, Vegan soup is not always available each month.

Love it - Edit
This was our first time visiting a Sweet Tomatoes franchise. We were traveling in Naples and decided this might be a good option. We were very pleased. The salad bar is huge with something for everyone. We were able to select 2 vegan soups. The price was reasonable and we were able to fill our plates as often as we wished. There was also a potato bar that we didn't check out, and also an ice cream bar that we didn't check to see if they had any vegan ice cream. Will look for Sweet Tomatoes next time we travel.

Casual buffet restaurant with easy vegan options - Edit
It's easy to eat vegan at Sweet Tomato. Obviously you can get an enormous salad with a wide variety of toppings. I also had a baked potato and a baked sweet potato. There seemed to be a couple of vegan soups the night I was there, but I didn't try them. There were no vegan desserts. It's definitely very casual. The buffet was clean and there were a ton of people there, so the food is refreshed often. The quality was a little lower than I usually go for, but it's a good choice in a pinch.

just what I was craving. - Edit
So “buffet”put me off but I was hungry so we went in. I couldn’t believe how many toppings and choices for the salads alone there were. And it all looked fresh. There were 2 vegan soup options and both were delicious. I am glad I tried it. I would recommend it to anyone that loves fresh food. The salads were fresh and delicious.

Great salads and soups! - Edit
The best and largest salad bar! Very fresh veggies including the usual items plus radishes, mushrooms, squash, corn, peas, beets, chick peas, pinto beans, sunflower seeds, etc.
Read moreGreat soups. Most are not vegan, but there is always one option.
Currently they are serving the best split pea and barley soup! It says vegetarian, but I looked at the ingredients and could not find anything not vegan. It's delish!
They also have great baked sweet and regular potatoes.
Pros: Great salad bar, Great split pea barley soup, Great price for all you can eat
Cons: Not enough options for vegan soup
