Location is a little hidden and out of the way. Basically it is on a side street surrounded by houses.

I love Sweet Hart. They have a lovely selection of treats, colourful drinks and often a few savouries on display too.
Read moreMy recommendation is the ice cream sandwiches or a simple chocolate chip cookie.
The sandwich’s are nice when they have them, but have found they are often dry from being left out.

We took a detour to go to this place but ended up taking just one lemon bar because we were not very impressed by the offer that day (for example no donuts with chocolate). However, the lemon bar was tasty and the place has nice outdoor seating. The staff was patient and friendly.

This place is steps away from Toronto Western hospital and 2 minutes from Kensington market. Cute, clean, great variety, lots of options. 100% gluten free, 100% vegan, with half the products being raw and half are baked. Highly recommend :)

Nice find! - Edit
Stumbled across this place a bit randomly - I think they had just opened. The girl was super nice and the peanut butter and jelly muffin/cupcake I got was divine. It was actually awesome. The place was a bit minimalist and slightly pricey, but it was sweet.

Nice coffee and good sweets - Edit
There are so many choices in that area but it was nice to go to this cafe. I had some coffee and a raw mint slice. The slice was incredibly tasty and minty. It was delicious and each layer was quite thick. My partner had the apple cider donut. It was so fresh and the icing tasted wonderful. If we were staying longer, we would have visited again.
