Best vegan ice cream upstate - Edit
Amazing vegan ice cream in Woodstock!! I’m very picky with vegan ice cream and this rivals Van Leeuwan.
Read moreAll cashew based and the owner makes each flavor small batch. I’m not sure if the flavors change but when I went they had chocolate hazelnut, mint chip, pistachio, and a strawberry sorbet. All were fabulous. Owner was also super friendly and overall just a super cute spot!

Phenomenal vegan ice cream - Edit
My chocolate hazelnut was fantastic, and I was told the pistachio was the "best pistachio ice cream I've ever had" by someone who (1) has always loved pistachio ice cream and (2) had plenty of dairy-based pistachio ice cream back in the day. Surprised this place wasn't already on HappyCow, it advertises its non-dairy flavors very prominently and is right in downtown Woodstock
