Good enough - Edit
The flavors have been adapted to the Salvadorean palette. They are not as complex and not as spicy. The sauces for the pakora are not as yummy for example. So put your expectations way low as far as authentic flavors. This is not the owners fault they are simply adapting. It’s a nice change from the pupusa routine.
