Awesome ramen and veggie skewers - Edit
Found out about this place from ... where else.... Happy Cow. They don't take reservations and when we first arrived, we were told that the wait would be an hour, and we asked if we could sit at the bar. The vegan ramen isn't on the menu, but you can ask for it, and they know how to serve it. The ramen was absolutely delicious and full of flavors. One suggestion would be to ask them to not put in the brussels sprouts and substitute something else - the sprouts tasted kind of burnt but it didn't ruin the experience. We also asked for veggie skewers, and when the server noticed we were vegan, he told us that they are dipped in a sauce where everything else is also dipped - so if you're afraid of cross-contamination, don't order the skewers. Service was super friendly, and we went back again, this time with 2 friends who absolutely loved everything they ordered. Next time we're headed to Disney, we'll definitely stop back in.

Vegan Ramen - Edit
It is not on the menu but this restaurant offers a vegan ramen that includes mushroom and Brussel sprout skewers. In terms of flavor would give it a 7/10. They also have other vegan skewers such as eggplant and zucchini. Recommend adding more vegan options such as a tofu skewer.
