A few vegan options - Edit
They have English and Spanish menus. Looks like three vegan options: Isho roll; Kenko roll; California Vegetarian. For vegetarians, a Filadelphia (like Philadelphia) Vegetarian with cream cheese.

Good sushi in the center - Edit
Went there spontaneously as it had started to pour down and were surprised to see they had a vegan menu (although it’s quite small). The sushi was good, but they didn’t use sticky rice so one or two of the rolls fell apart. Friendly staff!
