A few vegan options, a bit expensive - Edit
Considering that Salida currently has no all-veg restaurants and few vegan-friendly ones, it’s worth giving Sushi Thai a test drive, as its menu has a few labeled vegan options.

The prices are on the high side, easily passing $20/person if you’re hungry.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing to find multiple labeled vegan options here as well as additional dishes that could be modified to be vegan like the fried rice and drunken noodles

Impeccable Service and Delicious Food - Edit
I wish I could give this spot 5 stars. Amazing service, fast and friendly, and the food was great. We had the summer rolls, edamame, and avocado rolls and ordered seconds because everything was so tasty! Best avocado rolls I’ve ever had.
