Excellent quality with a separate Vegan menu that’s not an afterthought - Edit
This is one of our favorite Vegan friendly Japanese restaurants, not just in Okinawa, but anywhere. The food is always fresh, the sushi-rice perfect, service friendly and excellent.

That happens at most Okinawan restaurants. During covid it was difficult for restaurants to survive, plus the native Okinawans noticeably are not eating out like they used to. We only experience the best service and quality of food at this restaurant, it exceeds the best Bay Area sushi restaurants at a fraction of the cost. They don’t deserve a two star rating at all.
