So great to find vegan food in provence which is not just salad and chips … Friendly staff and delicious sushi. Highly recommend the garden dragon roll (sans mayo), tofu noodles, and the veggie california roll. The atmosphere was also great since it’s in a cave! Well worth a visit.

Many vegan options and beautiful atmosphere - Edit
I was very surprised by this restaurant. They have several vegan options, everything tasted really good and the atmosphere is comfy and romantic. From the outside it doesn’t seem special, but the restaurant actually is in a very beautifully decorated cave. I’d give 5 stars if it was possible.

I was surprised to see the many vegan options offered by Sushi Couronne, which go far beyond the boring avocado/cucumber maki rolls that you find in other Japanese restaurants in France. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really good sushi and they have several vegan options. I was very impressed with the flavors. Menu doesn't reflect properly which is which so you have to ask which ones are the vegan options.

Beautiful cave downstairs especially great for dates but also a wonderful family experience. The owners and staff are very hospitable to us Veggie people! Tofu poêle, veggie tempura California, veggie dragon are among our favorites. The fruit salad with tofu is special too! Great flavors and staff. Nothing in Aix compares for vegan sushi options. Glad they’re here!
