Expensive with one choice - Edit
Very meat heavy, one vegan option for 26 bucks, give it a miss. Staff uniform is a bacon shirt.

Very Tasty - Edit
Had the Dolsot Bibimap prepared vegan. VERY flavorful and come on a hot pan that make the meal very good the whole way through.

Fresh veggies but scarce protein - Edit
The veggies and seaweed options were superb. The micro greens tasted fresh, and there was even a black wood chip (we think) in my microgreens which prompted the kind waiting staff to provide a replacement.
Read moreThere were only a few vegan/vegetarian options. These dishes were flavorful but were insufficient with protein, where the amount of tofu was quite same. The SESAME CRISPY TOFU and SPROUT BIBIMBAP were basically fancy salads with a few crouton-sized pieces (more in the latter) of fried tofu. The DOLSOT BIBIMBAP was reminiscent of a Chinese dish, and was more filling, but did not seem to offer a central protein source like the meat dishes would.
My favorite dish was DOLSOT BIBIMBAP, and it was served on a hot cast iron pan that cooked before you, although, the greens and seaweed in SPROUT BIBIMBAP was also good.
I suspect that there are better options for vegans in the Fisherman's Wharf area but this place is a suitable option.
Pros: Favor, Fresh veggies and seaweed
Cons: insufficient protein, expensive, few options
