Nice shop but doesn't take card payments for small purchases - Edit
This is a nice health foods and beauty shop, but they don't take card for purchases under £5, which is disappointing if you just want to pop in to buy something small

Unreasonable staff - Edit
This is one of the few Ecover refill stations in Kingston / Surbiton. Having been there thrice - we have been charged different amounts for the same laundry refill. Upon asking for clarification was met with vague answers. The refill cost is higher than a new bottle which obviously does not make any sense. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Read moreI loved the products and have spent a lot of money in this store, however the staff are patronizing and miserable on many occasions. I wanted to give the shop another chance so went in to ask for advice about vitamins, the staff member was rude and seemed like she wanted to argue. Sadly they have just lost a regular customer.
Cons: smokey smell , overall staff behaviour , unclean shop

Independent well stocked health shop - Edit
This shop has been in Surbiton for decades and not much has changed to the exterior or interior over the years. It is very well stocked with plenty of vegan products including chocolate, tea, coffee milk, preserves (incl. vegan honey), nuts, seeds, flour, tinned goods, vitamins, cleaning products and toiletries. Chilled section can be a bit hit and miss in terms of availability. Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice.

Great little health food store with a good range of products including vegan cheeses, Fry's and Linda McCartney frozen products and my favourite vegan mayo - Veganaise by Follow your Heart - and your usual staples like nutritional yeast and miso. They also have a wide range of vegan chocolate bars including Vego!
