Good food for Lunch with local ingredients - Edit

Nice little llace mainly for Dinner. They offer Always two soops, which are mostly vegan and three other warm dishes, with at least one beeing vegan. They usw local ingredients as much as possible. Also there is Always a fresh vegan salad on the Menu.

Great place for a quick salad lunch - Edit

You can choose from a variety of freshly prepared salads, all of them are vegetarian, most are vegan. You can get a soup as well, but I always opt for the big salad. You point at the salads you like and your dish gets filled with lots of tasty and often fairly elaborated stuff, so it’s never just leafs or grated carrots, it always inspires me to try rebuilding it at home. The only downside for me is that the salads rely on vegetables, herbs and the like, hardly any legumes or grains, no tofu, so you get lots of vitamins but hardly any minerals or proteins. But the sheer size of the big salad never leaves me hungry.
