A health food store combined with a restaurant and ice cream parlor. You can buy vegan sausages and other vegetable meats, bakery items, textured soybeans, seeds and vegetable milks. The ice cream parlor sells products with yogurt but also without dairy. In the restaurant there are vegan options such as hamburgers, Milanese cakes and soy chorizo wires, but you have to ask them to omit the cheese. Prices are affordable. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-8:30pm, Sun 10:00am-8:00pm.

They have different packages for 60 pesos which include water, salad and your meal choice (burger, milanesa, sandwich...). Nothing special about the food but it is very cheap.

There is a shop with vegan products too.

Un salvavidas cuando estás en el centro

Tienda naturista con barra de comida. Puedes comer en la barra. En el menú hay queso, huevo, mayonesa y atún. Así que hay que fijarse en lo que pides, pero siempre puedes pedir sin queso y así. Recomiendo el alambre y la hamburguesa.

Pros: Buen servicio., Ubicación

Cons: No todo lo que venden es vegano

Bueno y barato en el centro de Puebla

Tienen paquetes vegetarianos de hamburguesa, cordón blue, tortas, sándwich y gran variedad de helados

Pros: Todo vegetariano en el menú, Precio increible

Tofu in el Centro!!

This is a great place with a good selection of vegan/vegetarian food items in their grocery and a small menu/restaurant 😋

Pros: Grocery: the only vendor selling tofu in el Centro, Prepared food: excellent and inexpensive , Friendly, helpful staff

Cons: Bare bones ambiance (you're eating in a grocery), Doesn't open until 9am

Good healthy and cheap

All the foods have cheese in them basically or eggs so you can ask to take them out. Still great food and very cheap.

Delicious and Affordable

There are so many vegan options here. They have vegan meats and ice cream and hamburgers. They also have health foods and vitamins. We had hamburgers which came with a side of salad and jell-o and a Jamaica water. When we were here each plate cost 50 pesos. Delicious and great service.

Pros: Delicious, Affordable

Cons: No vegan mayonnaise , No vegan salad dressing
