Almost went into shocked when I first saw the menu here! There are so many delicious options- basically all the comfort food you could want. And it all tastes so good that it just melts in your mouth. The chicken and waffles was something I've been craving for like a year and I think this is my favorite vegan version I've tried! The bbq rib platter was just divine. It was so flavorful and filling with the sides of mac n cheez, baked beans and cornbread. Shrimp was great too! Honestly I have no doubt that everything on the menu is fantastic. This would be a great place to bring non veg friends to show them the potential of vegan food. Just make sure to save room for dessert! The peach cobbler and cookies were such a nice sweet treat.

The warm welcome, the comfort food, and the personal relationship the staff established with each customer: all made it feel like home to me. I had a single order of the Buffalo wings that were so packed with flavor and paired nicely with a good flavored ranch. For my entree, I had the vegan ribs. I can’t even explain how delicious this is. It came with two sides which I got mashed potato’s and Mac and cheese. I would come back and eat this same meal in a heart beat!

So many delicious sounding options! The fish sandwich was so good, not sure what the mock fish was but it had a great flavor and texture. The jalapeno cornbread was sweet and spicy and the Nikki special (mac&cheese, greens, and yams) was an awesome sampling of super comforting sides

We stopped at Sunshine Vegan Eats on our way to Niagara and it did not disappoint! We started with the Impossible Egg Rolls and the Loaded 893 Nachos. Definitely go with the egg rolls - amazing flavor combination and so crispy. I would pass on the nachos next time, as they weren’t anywhere near as good as the egg rolls. We both had the Impossible Niyah-Vegan Steak Hoagie and it was ridiculously good…like a REAL cheesesteak. Smooshy bun, cheesy, delicious chopped steak….just beyond expectation in a great way. We also tried the oatmeal cookies and they were great, too. As others have stated, not necessarily something for eating every day, but sometimes you need great vegan comfort food and this is definitely the place to go.

The fish tacos have excellent flavor and texture. I loved the veggies and sauce as well! The Ribs also have wonderful flavor and texture! Pasta salad with the ribs has a nice bright and light dressing. Perfect! Mac and cheese is very creamy. Cornbread is creamy and sweet!

I love this place. It took me a while to order because their menu is huge. I got the chicken tenders with a side of mac. We also tried the daily dip made with spinach and artichoke (SO creamy). I recommend getting some cookies for desert because they were delicious! Will definitely go back if i'm ever in the are again.

This place just gets better and better every time I go. Went for Black Restaurant Week and got 3 of the 5 specials. Everything was outstanding. Might be the best vegan mac&cheese ever. Everything was excellent and bursting with flavor. The fried chicken mushrooms had an excellent crunch.

Was in Buffalo for a mini vacation and this was the first vegan restaurant suggested when we searched. We went twice during our stay and couldn’t love it more! We live in the middle of no where normally so we don’t have access to vegan restaurants so this was a first for us and now we know what we’ve been missing. Will definitely go back any time we are in Buffalo. Highly recommend. Very sweet people and tasty food!

Ordered the Belt Burger, came out in reasonable time and looked excellent! Regarding the food itself, fries were excellent! Burger itself was also delicious, but per most of my reviews, I review based on how vegan it is taste-wise, and this was DEFINITELY very vegan. So, while pretty good, I wouldn’t qualify it as “delicious” the way I would some other places I’ve been. That said, worth checking out if you’re in the area! And who knows, next time I may order something different and update my thoughts!

We stopped here en route to Niagara Falls from Ohio. It was so good we had to visit a 2nd time on the way home. The meatloaf dinner was excellent. Good portion and flavor. My wife really liked the wings. There were other good looking items on the menu as well. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

We're home with colds so we ordered through UberEats and were not disappointed. My hubby had the vegan rib dinner and absolutely loved it--there was enough food for two meals. I had the Nikki special and everything was amazing! I highly recommend the greens; they are spicy!

Amazing food with huge portions - Edit
My wife and I checked this place out while we were driving through Buffalo and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of food combined with the huge portions. I'm used to eating two entrees at a time at most vegan restaurants and couldn't even finish my first entree here. Loved the nice touches like they buffalo blue cheese burger actually having blue sauce on it and the cookie monster shake being blue as well. Loved that they carried impossible burger as well as other options. Overall we will definitely choose this place first when we are in Buffalo again
