Amazing! - Edit
Love this gem of a spot! Delicious sandwiches, salads, and smoothies as well as an overwhelming selection of baked goods. They’re close to the airport, and the build your own breakfast sandwich was the perfect thing after an early flight. Options include vegan egg, tofu bacon or sausage, vegan cheese, and a selection of veggies. It might be the best I’ve had and OMG the GF biscuit!

Holy grail for gf vegans - Edit
Love this place so much! I always struggle to find gf vegan food but this place is amazing! They have the best gf muffin I have ever had and I always am amazed at how they get them so good! Gluten free things usually taste dry, gritty, or really dense but everything here is nearly impossible to tell it’s gluten free. I have yet to have something from there that I didn’t like! Will always return here anytime I’m anywhere near nashville!

Food**
We were torn here as the food was very inventive and looked very appealing but when we got it it felt like it came out of box. We got the tomato bisque soup, and the marinated tofu sandwich and added Gouda and guacamole. The sandwich was very small - both soup and sandwich were extremely salty, like you could feel your blood pressure rising. The $4 extra for Gouda and avocado was not worth it. It’s like one piece of American looking cheese and a slop of avocado mush. Also got the Buffalo Chicken salad, which was mediocre. It wasn’t horrible but not great either. Everything was just too salty. We also got a triple berry smoothie, which didn’t taste that great and I can’t put my finger on why it didn’t but it didn’t.
Atmosphere**
The tables were not that clean and the atmosphere not the nicest to be honest.
Service***
Service was fine and they were very friendly.

Perfect Brunch Place - Edit
Myriad of vegan options with plenty of seating space. We tried chickpea salad and baked omelette, which were flavorsome and filling. Would definitely be visiting this place again. The staff members are the sweetest 💗

Too many choices! - Edit
I asked them to suggest something if I were never able to come back. They suggested the BBQ sandwich, which was amazing! There were many more options, but I was only visiting Nashville for one evening. I also had an amazing chocolate cupcake for dessert. #Veganuary

Amazing!! - Edit
I recently found out I am celiac and was so excited to stumble across this place when visiting. I got the GF biscuit sandwich with egg, my husband got the biscuits and gravy, and we both got chai lattes that were delicious. Every single thing we ordered was delicious and I was so excited to have a wide variety of options! Not to mention (when I went) ALL of their baked goods were GF, so we picked up some treats for the road. Nashville is lucky to have this gem!

So Many Options!!! - Edit
I have a new favorite vegan restaurant in Nashville! The staff was so helpful and kind when I clearly was overloaded with choices and couldn't decide what to order. They are also very knowledgable regarding which menu items are gluten and/or soy free. That have a wonderful variety of baked goods as well as breakfast foods, salads, and sandwiches. The decor and general design of the place is delightful. The building used to be a muffler shop, and now it is a cute vegan bakery.

We gave them a try for brunch during a trip. Enjoyed the meal and location that we ended up going back for breakfast the next day before we left town!

Love that it's GF too! - Edit
It's so hard to find vegan restaurants that are also gluten free too. So when my husband and I went here, we stocked up! We did dine in for breakfast and ordered dinner and dessert too go. I got the omelet bake which was phenomenal and my hubs got Biscuits and Gravy and a breakfast sandwich. It was all really good so we got food to go. Regina was also great because I emailed her about corn allergies and she got back to me with all the information I needed. I would go here again if we lived in the area.

Unbearable amount of amazing options - Edit
When I entered the unassuming bake house in a former muffler shop I stopped dead in my tracks as I was STUNNED by the bakery options. I have been all over the US and I live in NY and I've never been as flummoxed by the beauty and plethora of baked goods. The food-food also looked phenomenal and it took me a while to choose a caprese sandwich on the most delightful vegan AND gluten free focaccia bread (my non-vegan mom has celiac disease so this was a double whammy) and then the gooey upside down apple cake was divine. 2 sandwiches with side salads and two good size personal cakes came out to $33 and I will never understand how because everything was exquisite. I will probably be there a few more times while I'm in town for three days.

Good, definitely need a second try - Edit
A wide selection and friendly staff greeted us for lunch. It was one of those restaurants you find yourself asking "everything is vegan?" halfway through perusing the menu. The sausage and pesto bake, a special it seems, was delicious but I left feeling a little hungry still.
Read moreThe soda fountain featured some smaller brand sodas that marketed as "natural" types - lovely and I would drink so much of this if I had it local. I had a bite of a pecan pastry and it was as you'd expect - delicious.
Lovely food, fantastic atmosphere, but I left wanting more. If I find myself around again I'll give it a try again and see if the underwhelm was my fault or theirs.

This was a fantastic find when we traveled through Nashville. There was plenty of options for the vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free people in our party of eight. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful too.

Went there three times in four days while on a work trip. Would likely have gone even more if they had longer hours or I worked shorter days. Took my non-vegan friends and they gave it a thumbs up as well. They even went back without me.

Happy Find - Edit
While traveling through Nashville I was worried about finding vegan options but I shouldn’t have been. I had the pot pie and the tomato bisque. Both were great. My wife had the “TBLT” and couldn’t finish it because there was so much food. We had to save the bakery treats for later!

One of my favorite vegan restaurants! - Edit
I’ve been here so many times and their food amazes me every time. This time I got their meatball sub and it was so good. I love that they have a patio and it’s pet friendly. I drive through Nashville semi-often and sometimes will have my dog (or my Guinea pig lol) with me. Also, their desserts are always so so good. I can be picky with dessert but I’ve never been disappointed here.

We are travelling and found this Diamond in the ruff on the HC app. We were delighted by the happy bright atmosphere. The staff was happy and the food was served with great big smiles. We loved it so much we came back the next day for another scrumptious meal. We had salads and soups and cookies and cupcakes and muffins!! Every bite was an OMG bite.

Some good some bad - Edit
All of the chocolate cupcakes i’ve tasted are dry. The carrot cake, lavender, orange and strawberry cupcakes are really good. All the sandwiches have been good. I did order the pesto focaccia bake and was not able to finish it because i thought it wasn’t that good, later that night I got sick in the toilet for about an hour.
