Wonderful Vegetarian (mostly vegan) open in evening too - Edit
Beautiful and very large restaurant with extensive menu, mostly vegan, many types of vegetarian meats and amazing local vegetables and mushrooms. Typical to Macau, dishes from all over China and Southeast Asia were represented.

Reasonable prices (but not cheap) for the quality. Good place for large groups. Tables for upto twelve.
Food very tasty, hot spice and salt was thankfully offered on the side. Only felt a bit overuse of a soya-starch brown gravy which reminded me of my own bland beginners peppersteak sauce.
Our dinner for two came to less than $100 with the 10% included tip.
Except for the giant wooden overweight budda decorating the room there was little evidence of the adjoining Buddists Temple.
Pros: Large selection , Lunch and Evening hours, Great service
Cons: Not authentically spicey (or is that a pro?)

A gem in taipa ~ nestled in a beautiful temple, this big veg restaurant offers an extensive menu of chinese/ japanese inspired dishes, ample free parking (wh is a rarity in macau) and comfortable environment.

This is, by far, the most impressive vegetarian restaurant at which I have ever dined! I can't offer enough superlatives about the selection, the presentation, the space, and the wait staff! This is definitely worth returning to Macau to experience!
