The vegan menu was decent, offering a satisfactory selection of dishes that didn't quite hit the mark of being extraordinary but still provided a palatable dining experience.

Japanese food in an amazing food market - Edit
Suki Ramen is a food stall in an indoor street food market near Kronborg castle. From the outside, you would never expect to find such a cool place inside this old warehouse. So, the food market is definitely worth visiting. There are also other stalls with vegan food.
Read moreAnyway, having read about Suki Ramen on Happy Cow before visiting, I was in the mood for japanese food and had the bowl with „a bit of everything“: Soba noodles, a lot of tofu, wakame, gyoza and spring rolls. It was good and a big portion. But I would not consider it something special.
