Is this place really closed??? - Edit
I went here in June (2019) as my first stop after returning to the US from a long time abroad. The chocolate chip cookie blizzard was everything I needed! I really hope this place isn't closed for good, because everything there was INCREDIBLE! Vegan dreams!

These are my experiences with Sugar Plum.
Read more1. Coworker ordered a birthday cake for a work party. On the day of, it turned out they were trying a new recipe and (I forget) either they had to remake the cake with not enough time, or the new recipe didn't work out. Either way, the cake completely collapsed. They did offer to refund her.
2. Bought a lemon bar here that happened to have a very lovely flower on top that I didn't recognize. When I went to eat the bar, it had a very offputting smell. I left it in a warm car and half an hour later, the car reeked distinctively of onion. I think they should reconsider decorating sweet items with onion flowers.
3. A few other items have been perfectly good.

Bit over priced and not much available - Edit
Was very excited to try this vegan sweet shop but found the range of products to be very limited. They no longer seem to do crepes or very many pastries- we had a sugar cookie which wasn’t bad but the milkshake wasn’t very nice at all. Ended up paying $15 for both which seemed like a lot! We were a bit disappointed.

Amazing dessert options - Edit
Sugar Plum’s dessert options are fantastic. They always have some sort of pastry (or many) plus ice cream. They have hard-packed and soft serve. Their flavors change monthly, I believe.

Tasty frozen dessert. - Edit
This is an amazing place to get dessert. They let you sample their interesting flavor combinations to help you decide. They offer gluten free sugar and cake cones. They also had a selection of baked goods and tarts that looked amazing, but we didn't try any. The Mexican chocolate, golden ginger, and strawberry rhubarb were all delicious.

Sugar Plum is incredible. They have vegan soft serve and the best blizzard I recall having, much better than dairy queen!

Not Mind Blowing - Edit
Sadly, like all the Plums, this one just misses it for me. I've tried a lot of stuff and it was all just okay. Nothing stands out at all. I'd rather go to Mighty O or Jodee's for vegan desserts. I'll try a milkshake next time and let you know.
