Don't Bother

I had really looked forward to going to Sub Zero while visiting my family in San Antonio.

I was really disappointed.

To visit, it means a special trip as there isn't much else around.

When entering the store, there was no one to welcome us. When someone did appear they were morose and didn't seem bothered about serving us.

I asked what dairy free options they had and was told that diary free was popular and they had none left.

My family, who are not vegan, decided to try the regular ice cream and they were disappointed with the flavour. All of the flavourings were syrup from a bottle, not anything fresh in sight and when asking for pecan nuts or cherries, they were extra.

All in all, for the price and the lack of quality, it wasn't worth the trip.

Pros: None

Cons: Expensive, Sold out if dairy free by 1 p.m. , Real ingredients cost extra
