Amazing vegan sub

Great little place. Counter staff were very helpful in making my selection as there were multiple options. Based on HC reviews and staff recommendation, chose the Bangkok. It. Did. Not. Disappoint! Half Sammie was sufficient for me. Good vibe. Will go there again if I am in the area. Would go there all the time if I lived near by.

Pros: Many items can be made vegan, Friendly staff, Lots of options.

Cons: Separate vegan menu would be helpful

Yeaaaaaahhh that's a good sandwich

The Bangkok was 11/10. Sweet, savory, delicious. Bread was fantastic. Half size is still really good portion.

Pros: Yummy, Portion size

Satisfying sandwiches

Tried the Bangkok with tempeh based on the reviews here and thought it was great. Personally, I generally prefer seitan so will try that next time.

Also, I didn’t see this listed anywhere but they have vegan mayo.

Yummy sandwich and great service

They have a few "veggie" sandwiches and basically a blank footnote that says if you want to make it vegan just ask. I went with the crowd here and ordered the Bangkok, with tempeh. It was great. Nice chewy crusty bread. Every bite that had pickles was superior to the bites without so my one note might be ask for extra pickles. Really gives the sandwich a nice acidic bite.

The back of house team was like an assembly line and even during lunch rush I didn't have to wait long at all.

Great vegan subs

Sub-Culture doesn’t have a ton of vegan options, but the few they have are of noteworthy quality (some featuring tempeh). It’s not far from City O City so could be a good backup options if there’s a long wait.

Great for Vegans

Really like that you can have tempeh or seitan for every veggie sandwich and the staff always accommodates sauces and dressings to ensure that your vegan option is never dry. Quick service and big portions. A cool hidden gem for vegans in Denver!

Solid options

I order from here fairly often (daisy and sancho ftw). I like that you can choose between seitan and tempeh and that you can veganize many options. I do wish they clarified what "make it vegan" meant for each sub, because if that means no cheese/no sauce, you would probably pick something that didn't rely on those as big components of the sandwich. As far as I know they don't have vegan cheese at all. Overall I'd still recommend as a great option.

Pros: Many vegan options , Yummy crusty bread, Vegan meat alternatives

Cons: Vegan options can be confusing

No sauce or vegan cheese

I tried to get takeout and got the alps sandwich on the gf roll, the roll was delicious and I ate the whole sub, but they didn’t put any vegan cream cheese, vegan cheese, or pesto on the sub. Lacking a lot of flavor and my sub was just spinach tomatoes mushrooms and artichokes with no sauce :/

Mm found a delicious gem!

Just knocked out my second visit here. I just got the Tempeh Reuben and wow it was amazing! Glad to have a place to please everyone’s palate while also allowing the option to make any of the sandwiches vegan. Prices are affordable and service is always top notch. I’ll be back many times and it’s nice to find a go-to sandwich spot again.

Pros: Almost everything can be made vegan , Tempeh Reuben!, Great service and prices

Delicious subs & great service

Tempeh marinara sub was sooooo good. Loads of choices of hot & cold subs with plenty of vegan options available and friendly staff who know what they're talking about. Can customise with tempeh or seitan.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Friendly staff

Cons: A wee bit dirty (food on floor)

VEGANIZER NIGHT!!!

Went here for a special ‘veganizer’ event where they sold all vegan sandwiches as well as cookies and free ice cream! Great night!

Pros: Great vegan sandwiches - many cuisines, Cool atmosphere , Reasonable prices

Cons: Sandwiches aren’t super filling, More bread choices would be nice

Fresh food, hip interior

I wager you’re paying about $3 more than at a comparable sub-shop for fresher ingredients and cooler interior. $11.50 for my 12” cold sub (w/ tax).

Pros: Lots of veggie options, Two TVs if you’re catching a sports game

Cons: Wee bit much for an all-veggie sub

should be 5 stars

The vegan subs here are the best I’ve ever had. The tempeh marinara is where it’s at. I would give it 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me.

Pros: delicious subs, variety of options , soda

nice lunch

We decided to try someplace new. After reading the reviews from others we choose the Bangkok. I really liked the sweet chili sauce and the sandwich was very tasty. We also split the Daisy, I must say we enjoyed this one more!! Good BBQ sauce. We ordered them both on whole wheat. We will most definitely be returning!!

Pros: all veggie sandwiches can be made vegan, friendly staff

Cons: parking??? , out of the way:(

Def will come back.

I stopped here before a concert and was very pleased with my visit. The veggie section of the menu has SEVERAL options and every one can be made vegan. They have vegan cheeses, meat substitutes, pesto, mayo, etc. that they use to create the vegan options. I tried the Bangkok sandwich after asking the girl at the counter which, out of three choices, was her favorite. It was incredible. There were so many different flavors combined within the sandwich. It was also the beginning of a special where all full sized sandwiches were the price of a half sandwich after 8 PM (or 8:30, I cannot remember) and it was happy hour, so our drinks were cheap as well! For two people to have a sandwich and a drink (one being super sized) it was around 20 dollars.
