Vegan stall No 75 on second floor in Shuiyuan market. Sells rice, noodle soup and dumpling dishes. Open Tue-Fri 11:30am-2:00pm, 4:00pm-7:00pm.
Closed Sat-Mon.
Gladly discovered this new vegan food stall inside Shuiyuan market after the last one closed years ago.
There are only 4 seats inside, and it is a really tiny space. Dumplings were sold out when we were there, and a lady was preparing new ones at a table outside the stall (so hopefully that one is usually available to sit, too). The chef lady was pretty busy managing the orders on her own, and especially fried rice took a few minutes as she was preparing it fresh.

The cons below are just for reference.
Pros: Cheap, Convenient location across from NTU
Cons: Not suitable to dine-in with bigger groups , Fried rice could have used a bit more salt
