Cheesey delight - Edit

I can't help but try the cauliflower and broccoli pie at the country town bakery despite the fact that they usually disappoint, with vegies rarely more than some tiny specks in a bland white sauce. Today I met the reason I persist. Cheese not pastry on top, vegetables that had to be bitten to fit in the mouth, still with texture. Sauce with the correct amount of seasoning and thickness to maintain the pie's integrity while not being gluggy. I saw it in the pie warmer and it's golden hue drew me in. Thank you Strezlecki Bakery. Thank you.
