Not a vegan aware chef - Edit
The most popular item on the menu seemed to be the quinoa burger, so we ordered that. However, they were out of vegan buns and lettuce so could only serve the patty on a bed of arugula. Points for at least being aware there is dairy in some buns. The patty was quite dry, and hard to eat alone.
Read moreThe only other vegan item on the menu was eggplant, which was roasted till it almost burnt. It had interesting topping like red peppers and pumpkin seeds, but was topped off with so much olive oil that it leached any flavor brought in by the veggies.
The vegan chocolate cake was good, although it would have been better with more berry coulee.

Stonesedge for the Win Twice Today - Edit
Basic, but filling and good vegan breakfast. There are options for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We returned for dinner that day and had the butternut squash risotto and chocolate cake. Cake would be better at room temp, but it was yummy with the coulis.

Small but fine selection - Edit
Had the vegan tofu stir fry and it was really very good. It tasted very fresh and looked accordingly. The selection of vegan dinner is relatively small - during our visit, the vegan falafel burger was also sold out - but better one good, than several bad vegan options. The selection of drinks is also really good!

Very good brunch but not that original - Edit
Was filling and tasty, but not extraordinary. There wasn’t a lot of non-alcoholic drink for breakfast. We had a cheap orange juice.

I had the Vegan Traditional Breakfast (Beyond bratwurst sausage, JUST Plant-based egg, vegan buttered multigrain toast. Served with potatoes and arugula). Was really tasty and good portion size. Nice coffee too. Good service.

Delicious vegan food! - Edit
One of my favorite upscale places in Whistler! Went in November 2018 for dinner and had delicious food. The food on the menu is labeled, and the waiter made sure everything was vegan. The non-alcoholic drinks are great, too!

Good vegan options - Edit
Refreshing to see more than just a kale salad on the menu for the vegan option. I had the farmers bowl. It was very filling and delicious. My carnivore friends were all commenting on how good my dinner looked. I would definitely eat here again. Only complaint is that they pack a lot of large veggies (ie. A full half a red pepper) and full stalks of asparagus tightly into a bowl. It was near impossible to eat so I had to get a plate to pour it onto so I could cut the veggies up. Great presentation but not very practical.

something’s changed - Edit
Last year we could not go to this restaurant enough. The vegan choices were amazing, veggie burgers, a couple options on veggie bowls and of course hummus plates. So we went backs this year. The veggie bowls were off the menu replaced by a Farmers Plate. Honestly, pretty lame. The veggie burger is still good though. Our friends are not vegan and ordered a fish dish which also seemed sparse. The service is lovely, ambiance is lovely if you go early. Later it gets busy and very noisy. The brews are fun as well but I do hope they add back in their wonderful veggie bowls. They were amazing and very filling, especially after skiing all day.

After three weeks travelling in Canada, this whole-food restaurant was the best! Quite some Vegan choices, we ate the Vegan bowl with kale, avocado, tufo and quinoa and the veggie burger. Delicious!

WARNING: Menu Mislabeled - Edit
The menu uses a symbol next to items to denote vegetarian or vegan. There is a veggie burger on the menu. I happened to notice that on the lunch and late night menus, it has a vegan symbol, but on the dinner menu it has a vegetarian symbol. This was confusing, because the description was the exact same for lunch and dinner. I asked the waitress if the burger is vegetarian or vegan, and she went to the kitchen to check. It is NOT vegan because the bun is egg washed.
Read moreI find this very alarming that a restaurant that clearly is trying to support special diets and uses labels on the menu to take the guess work out for diners would have a non-vegan item mislabeled as vegan.
This leaves 1 vegan main on the dinner menu. A quinoa burrito bowl, which was good but served cold like a salad.
1 star until they fix the mislabeled menu or change to a vegan bun.
Cons: Mislabeled menu

Great options here for vegetarians AND vegans! Food was as good as some we've had in restaurants that specialize in Vegan cuisine. If you want a great place to eat a vegan meal without having to maneuver through the whole menu...we loved it.
