On the beach cheese balls were amazing and surprised they were vegan. Nicest cheese balls ever tried. Kebab was ok nothing special.

Dedicated Vegan Menu - Edit
Visited here with the family, myself being a vegan and the other family member being gluten free. This taverna was fab!! I have the soy burgers and vegan tzatziki which was amazing!!

Our experience there was just okay. There is a vegan menu as described before but when we visited they only had the vegan burgers and the cheese balls. We also ordered green boiled vegetables and fava this is both vegan by nature. We had some issues with our waiter because his English was very poor and in the end there was some mixup with our order. The burgers were just okay but the cheese balls was delicious.

Yummi place in Kalamata - Edit
After a few days in the off-season in Kalamata we now know that there are not many options for vegans in the city. A very positive surprise was then nevertheless the Sto Kyma. The waiters are very friendly and point out to us independently if a dish is not completely vegan. We have eaten here several times and were always very satisfied with the quality. We can definitely recommend this restaurant.

Es gibt fünf vegane Gerichte zur Auswahl. Wir hatten Kebab und Falafel, dazu Pommes und Boiled Greens (gekochter Spinat).

Da das Essen typisch griechisch sehr fettig ist, sollte mensch von den Brotscheiben, die mit hingestellt werden, der Verdauung zuliebe Gebrauch machen.
Geschmacklich auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Wir waren heute noch Mal da und haben die anderen Möglichkeiten probiert. Sojaburger und Soja Meatballs.
I'm Prinzip das Gleiche.
Wir fanden die Meatballs besser, weil knuspriger. Aber das ist denke ich Geschmackssache.

We tried so many new foods and had so much choice! staff so friendly , food was amazing , deffo recommend, sea view too was lovely ☀️

Nice greek taverna with vegan options in Kalamata - Edit
We had the soya burgers and the vegan kebab plus the cheese bites and a salad. All was good but the main courses didn't have the deeps that were supposed to have. However they brought us vegan mayo instead.
