Fine dining (3 1/2 star rating) - Edit
Great location (if you get a window seat), with excellent attentive service. Meals are set price based on minimum of 2 courses. We shared the tofu starter, which was delicious. Each had the broccoli main - this was nice, but disappointingly the broccoli stem was difficult to cut through; at this level they should do better. There was also a pumpkin main which we didn't have. The roast potato side was superb. They threw in a lovely palate cleanser before we shared a rhubarb dessert. Note, the 5 desserts are all vegetarian - they customised 1 to make vegan.

My stars are for Breakfast - Edit
It may be different at dinner, but for breakfast there is nothing on the menu that exists as vegan. They can adjust one item (polenta with coconut yoghurt, seeds) which didn't sound all that appealing once they got rid of the main part of the dish, the eggs. I requested sourdough toast with sides (like we used to do in the 90s). Although the food and service was good, I would not recommend going there for breakfast.

Absolutely incredible food. Worth every dollar. Service is outstanding. Staff are professional courteous and friendly. Separate vegan/vegetarian menu. Would eat here regularly for date night if I lived here. Will definitely come back when in Launceston.
