Deceitful staff

I went to Stepwell on 25th September. Had dinner and paid via googlepay. The transaction was successful from my end, money was debited from my bank, but the staff said he hasn't recieved any amount. The staff asked me to pay in cash, and in good faith, I did.
At that time, he said it is normal, and he will provide bank statements if needed (to get a refund from bank). Now, I am back to my hometown and I need a bank statement from Stepwell's side of 25th September in order to get back the money lost from my bank. But the staff at Stepwell are refusing to provide any. And on top of that, they have now blocked my number.

This is just deceitful behaviour! I have paid them in cash and money is debited from my bank account as well. All I need from them is just a day's statemen, that they haven't received that amount via googlepay. And day after day, they kept me hanging, and now they've blocked me.

I have paid twice the money. This is just unfair. That's extremely deceitful behaviour!

Cons: Incompetent staff, Staff lied about providing me cafe's bankstatement, Staff just ignored my texts, calls.

great view, but not great for vegans

the view is really nice and the rooftop terrace is well designed and comfy. Perfect location directly at the beautiful stepwell (btw I highly recommend to jump in the stepwell from the left balcony - best experience). They have great tea and I think it's more a place for drinks than food. The potato wedges were good! but otherwise it was hard to communicate what vegan means and even after they understood they messed up in the kitchen and put cheese on top of my food, which was also not really great. It was a bit frustrating. but you know, they tried.

Pros: view, comfy couch

Cons: no understanding for veganism
