Delicious - Edit
They have 2 options for vegans. 1 soup and a “frikadelle” with a serve of salad. Sounds boring but I was impressed when I tried their frikadelle. Homemade and served with fresh greens from their greenhouse and a lovely mayo for dipping. Getting 4/5 because the options were few. They also have a vegan cake.

Vegan soup and "meat balls" are very delicious. Salad made with regional herbs and plants.

Auf der Toilette gibt es Stofftücher, statt Papiertücher zum Hände trocknen.
Weit und breit gibt es, soweit ich weiß, keine Restaurants mit veganem Angebot.
