Little Gem! Friendly & Delicious - Edit
Stopped here on our way through after finding it on the Happy Cow app, was pleasantly surprised! We just missed a rush so timing was perfect too! Staff was very friendly and shared with me all the vegan options - I asked for black beans to be added to my “new girl” bowl and that was no problem. Not usually a big fan of tofu, but this tofu tasted great and the lemon tahini dressing was perfect!

Nice surprise! - Edit
Veg/vegan options are clearly marked, but most are vegetarian and you have to ask to veganize them. One salad is vegan as is. But for the other items, it's not just omitting items--they actually have vegan substitutes (e.g., tofu and vegan cheese). We just asked what could be made vegan, and the staff person was knowledgeable. We got the Southwest Wrap with tofu and vegan cheese and it was really good, with nice, fresh ingredients. They have coconut, soy, almond, oat, and hemp milk for coffee and smoothie drinks. They have a sign prominently indicating that they are welcoming to POC, immigrants, LGBTQ folks, etc., which we appreciated.

Delicious, and made with (mostly) wholesome ingredients! - Edit
Yummy! Small, quaint spot. Friendly staff and delicious veg options. Pretty much everything on the menu is pretty healthy, too! I got the "New Girl" bowl and some tomato basil soup. Both were super flavorful!
Read moreJust be sure to double check what you're ordering--the menu is not marked vegan. I'm pretty sure our tomato basil soups came with cow cheese on them, which we didn't realize until after. But I blame myself because I didn't double check about the toppings before ordering! #Veganuary
Pros: several veg options , very flavorful
Cons: veg items not clearly marked on menu (ask!)

Buyer beware - Edit
I ordered 3 items but was only able to eat 1 of them. The veganized southwest wrap was great! But I ordered their veganized breakfast sandwich and it came with egg and cheese. I specifically asked for it to be vegan, but they didn't read my order back, so she must not have heard me? The 3rd item was the avocado toast which they put non-vegan AIOLI on 😡 this one was my fault for not reading closely enough, I've just never had to veganize avocado toast...what a bummer. I'll try them again and be very, very specific next time.

Best Vegan Options in Cle Elum - Edit
I would give Stella’s 5 stars if I could! Jaimee, the Owner is vegan herself and is a great cook! Always ask what the vegan soups are. I am not a big soup person but she makes THE BEST vegan soups I’ve ever had. They aren’t usually listed on the menus or posted anywhere. She does a vegan butternut squash that is such a hit with the locals it’s sells out fast. The lavender lemonade is great and they have amazing coffee that is locally roasted. They can make lots of sandwiches vegan too! Vegan cheese, mayo and vegan pesto mayo available!

Unfortunate - Edit
Unfortunately my entire order of two vegan wraps were not made vegan. Luckily I work in a restaurant and can tell harvarti cheese from vegan cheese. They take a while to make wraps so my boyfriend and I just ended up leaving after finding out about the mistake. So off we go. Still hungry. 😣
Read morePros: That they even have vegan options.
Cons: They didn't repeat it orders back , A long wait time for a wrap., Overall confusion.

Super tasty, but small - Edit
I had a delicious breakfast burrito and a smoothie for my boys to share the other day for about $20. Burrito was great, but was tiny! The smoothie was really good too and was perfect for my two kiddies to share.

Best vegan breakfast wrap ever! - Edit
This was by far the best vegan breakfast wrap I’ve ever had. In a town with scarce vegan options, I was quite surprised. They don’t have vegan things listed in their menu but you can build your own with black beans, avocado, vegan cheese, vegan pesto, and/or vegan chipotle.

An unexpected vegan gem - Edit
The staff was so wonderful and they had a couple of vegan options. The Italian Veggie Sandwich was easily made vegan and very delicious. They also had vegan substitutesf for milk in the smoothies so I enjoyed a Spinach Mango smoothie too. Delightful.
